OAHU RETIRED TEACHERS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP
Eligibility:  Student attending college who is in need of financial assistance; will look at need, family circumstances, academic achievement, recommendations, and priority given to Education majors.
Deadline:  April 10, 2008
Awards of $1500 for University or College students; $1000 for Community College students.

HANA LIMA SCHOLARSHIP
Special eligibility: Preference given to Native Hawaiians, must be enrolled in a vocational degree or certificate program for the Spring 2008 term.  LCC'S AAT (Teaching) program is eligible; AA (liberal arts) degree is not.

THE GARDEN CLUB OF AMERICA SCHOLARSHIPS AND FELLOWSHIPS
Special eligibility: Varies; aimed at students interested in the study of landscape architecture, horticulture, medicinal botany, ecological restora-tion, coastal wetlands, garden history and design, tropical botany, endangered bird habitat, field botany, urban forestry, desert studies, environmental science, and more.
