On Saturday, October 3 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., HMSA will be having their Annual Flu Shot Clinic here at Leeward Community College in rooms LA-104 and LA-105. It is being held in the same location as last year.

There is No Charge for the flu vaccine for HMSA, HMSA’s 65C Plus (Cost), and HMSA QUEST members, and Medicare Part B beneficiaries. You will need to be 18 years of age or older. You must also bring the following:

· Health plan membership card

· Driver’s license or other photo ID
