A: The Career Development Center provides career counseling services and off-campus job referral services to currently enrolled Leeward Community College(LCC) students. We have printed resources to help you in your search towards your educational and career goals.

A: Students with a bachelor's degrees were asked how many times they changed their majors. The average answer was three times before they graduated. If you are like the majority of college students you will change your major at least once or twice while attending college. You might be undecided about a college major right at this moment. Career counseling will help you decide on your college major as well as your overall career goals.

A: We currently have four career counselors who are trained and experienced in career counseling theory and practices. Each counselor is qualified to assist you with your career planning needs.

A: All currently enrolled LCC students can use the Career Development Center.

A: The Career Development Center is located in AD-221 (the second level of the Administration building.)

A: The Job Prep Services assists students with job referrals. While they do not place students or do the job search for students, they can put students in contact with off-campus employers who list job vacancies with the Job Prep Services office. The referral service is free for employers and currently enrolled students.
