ATTENTION 2005,2006,2007,2008 High School Graduates:

You could be considered for one of the following awards if you have a copy of your official high school transcript sent to the Financial Aid Office of the Community College you plan to attend within the University of Hawaii System.  Awards will be made on a first come, first served basis until funds are depleted.

Academic Competitiveness Grant**

• must file a Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• must be eligible for the Pell Grant
• must meet certain academic criteria
• must be a U.S. citizen
• must be full-time
• must have graduated from high school in Spring 2005 or later

UH Centennial Scholarship

• must have a grade point average of at least 3.8 OR 1800 on the 3-part SAT Reasoning Test or ACT equivalent
• must be a Hawaii resident
• must graduate from a Hawaii high school in Spring 2007
• must be an entering the Community College starting fall 2007
• must be full-time

State of Hawaii B Plus Scholarship

• must file a FAFSA
• must be eligible for the Pell Grant
• must be a Hawaii resident
• must graduate from a Hawaii public school in spring 2006 or later
• must have at least at 3.0 grade point average

**if awarded, a copy of your final high school transcript which include grades from freshman to the end of senior year must be submitted before a disbursement is made.
